Knowledge & Societies
Who is allowed to know? How does one access, produce, and communicate knowledge in past and contemporary societies? Members of this group work on topics such as the interdependencies between knowledge, law and society, knowledge and gender issues, and the negotiation processes in the production, intermedial representation, communication and appropriation of knowledge over a broad time span and in different geographical and cultural spaces.
