UZH's History Department encourages and supports the use of novel approaches and tools to foster and facilitate teaching and learning. Students find e-learning tools at their disposal that enable them to learn and practice the historian's craft at their own pace. A great variety of online-resources provides gateways to scholarship and sources. The use of digital tools for research in history is taught at the History Department in a number of courses.
